Australian Business Industrial (ABI) and the NSW Business Chamber (the Chamber) strongly support actions necessary to reduce modern slavery in all its forms. However, ABI and the Chamber maintain the existence of the Commonwealth Modern Slavery Act 2018 negates the need for NSW legislation.
