About this Submission

This submission is made by the New South Wales Business Chamber (NSWBC) and its industrial relations affiliate Australian Business Industrial (ABI). NSWBC/ABI thanks the Panel for the opportunity to comment. NSWBC and ABI have also commissioned a report which seeks to identify the drivers of productivity improvement in the Australian economy and the impact of the Fair Work legislation on those.
