About this survey

NSW businesses continue to report increases in regulatory burden with a majority of businesses regarding their industry as over-regulated. Around 56 per cent of respondents indicated that they thought the overall burden of regulation had increased over the past year while 59 per cent indicated they considered their industry to be over-regulated.
