HOW TO BOOK AN APPOINTMENT
Please go to the NSW Government priority vaccination web page and follow the instructions provided and enter your details in the fields provided.
- When you make your first booking you must also make your second booking. The booking system is set to make your second booking at the appropriate interval.
- On the day of your vaccination, you will need your photo ID as well as proof of your place of work. If you do not bring both you may not be able to proceed.
You can review the list of clinics participating in the authorised workers vaccination campaign. You must not attend your vaccination appointment if you have any COVID-19 symptoms. If you do, please get tested immediately and self-isolate until you receive a negative test result.
